Bio:

Jo-Anne McArthur works internationally as an investigative photographer. The main focus of her work is to report on the abuses that animals suffer at the hands of humans. With camera in hand, she has documented issues such as bullfighting in Spain, bear bile farming in Asia, vivisection labs in North America, poaching in Africa, and animals used for food and in entertainment worldwide. Jo-Anne lends her photographic skills to such organizations as Farm Sanctuary, Ape Action Africa, the Jane Goodall Institute, the SPCA, Save the Chimps, the Animals Asia Foundation, Zoocheck Canada, WSPA and many others.
